Logging into the system

• Do you have a User ID and Password? If not, you will need to be registered with CountyRide to use the service.

CountyRide Request-A-Trip - Login

Registered Clients can use CountyRide Request-A-Trip to request, confirm and cancel trips and to access and edit their account information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

User ID numbers and passwords are required. If you do not know your user ID or password, please contact the CountyRide Office at 410-887-2080 to obtain your information.

If you are a new client, please call an agent during normal business hours, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Monday to Friday, before using this system to schedule your trip.
